Environmental, Social and Governance principles only mean something if they change what you build.
Plenty of companies have an ESG slide. Fewer let it change a single decision.
We have two guiding commitments: build the best possible software to improve our customers' lives, and actually hold ourselves to Environmental, Social and Governance principles while we do it.
What that looks like in practice
- Environmental — lean software that doesn't waste energy, yours or the planet's. Our brand colours literally come from nature; so do our priorities.
- Social — a flat, Scandinavian-rooted structure that prioritises autonomy, fairness and inclusion across every axis of diversity we can think of.
- Governance — when everyone can challenge a decision, the bad ones don't survive long.
None of this is charity. It's just how you build something that lasts.
