ESG isn't a slide in our deck

Environmental, Social and Governance principles only mean something if they change what you build.

Plenty of companies have an ESG slide. Fewer let it change a single decision.

We have two guiding commitments: build the best possible software to improve our customers' lives, and actually hold ourselves to Environmental, Social and Governance principles while we do it.

What that looks like in practice

  • Environmental — lean software that doesn't waste energy, yours or the planet's. Our brand colours literally come from nature; so do our priorities.
  • Social — a flat, Scandinavian-rooted structure that prioritises autonomy, fairness and inclusion across every axis of diversity we can think of.
  • Governance — when everyone can challenge a decision, the bad ones don't survive long.

None of this is charity. It's just how you build something that lasts.

Like the way we think?

That's roughly how we build our software, too. Come say hello.
